What can I personalize on the card?
You choose the photo, your loved one's name, birth and passing dates, a short personal note on the front, and the prayer or message on the back. Every card is unique, we print exactly what you design.
How does the online customizer work?
Upload a photo, fill in the name and dates, and type a personal note. Choose a prayer or custom text for the back. The live preview updates in real time so you see both sides of the finished card before you order.
What layout options are there?
Two layouts: Classic places a centered portrait with an "In Loving Memory" header; Photo Focus uses a full-bleed portrait for a modern look. Both are available in the customizer.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit portrait with the face filling most of the frame prints best. We accept JPEG and PNG files. If you're unsure about your photo, contact us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it will print well.
Can I edit my design after ordering?
Orders go to print quickly after purchase. If you need a change, contact us as soon as possible via the contact page, we will do our best to catch it before printing. We cannot guarantee edits on rush orders.
